Welcome! The Women's Roundtable is a charitable professional networking organization located in Erie, Pennsylvania, for women entrepreneurs, professional women, and all women with strong interests in helping other women to attain their goals.
The members of The Women's Roundtable believe to attain the best that is within each of us and to further the goals and aspirations of all women, we must create a sisterhood sharing knowledge, abilities and empathy with other women, so all of us may travel the road to excellence in our work, our personal relationships and our community.
The Women’s Roundtable was formed in 1987 to achieve these goals of Growth, Excellence, Motivation & Strength (GEMS) by:
- Operating as a networking organization, providing professional, educational, social & charitable activities
- Sharing experiences and expertise with others.
- Developing the leadership talents of women in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
- Encouraging and recognizing the contributions and accomplishments of area women.
The Women’s Roundtable has the distinction of being the first organization in Northwestern Pennsylvania to honor women in the community with the Woman of the Year Award.
